Dr. Emily Sasser is a Georgia native and currently resides in Tybee Island near Savannah. She attended Columbus State University and later went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Augusta University Dental College of Georgia. Dr. Sasser’s love of dentistry was influenced by her family dentist. She always loved going to get her teeth cleaned as a child and, later on, pursued the field by shadowing and assisting her family dentist in high school. She fell in love with dentistry and knew it was the career path she wanted to take!

Dr. Sasser specializes in both general and cosmetic dentistry. She strives to make every patient leave their appointment feeling better and more confident than when they arrived, and she hopes to help her patients achieve their ideal smile and optimal oral health.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Beau Sasser, running with her dogs Charlie and Lady (both are German shorthaired pointers), and traveling with her family and friends. Dr. Sasser loves serving the Savannah community and building relationships with her patients at the Howard Family Dental Midtown office.
