I had a great experience with the hygienist and the dentist, they were both understanding and knowledgeable. However, upon checkout, Michelle, whose title on her badge was “Office Manager”, rang me out and scheduled the followup appointment, was unfortunately unprofessional in her lack of respecting patient confidentiality (HIPAA). She was not respectful in announcing out loud to everyone in the waiting area of the services I need done for my teeth. This is confidential information. In the paperwork, you ask if patients have anxiety and I reported yes and the hygienist was so respectful of this (I believe her name was Kayla), but Michelle, the Office Manager was not. The dental services were great, but due to the checkout process with Michelle, I will only give the office a 4 star rating.
